What is an Order ID?
When you purchase a subscription, membership, or other product, you
are issued an order ID made of 8 digits then followed by 3 letters,
a "-" and then 4 digits (86149456PAB-1111). You received your
order ID from the online approval screen and in the email confirmation
sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always
maintain a record of your order ID and should use this number in
any correspondence with a customer service representative.
Can I get information on the membership / product I have purchased ?
yourccpay.com is a customer support service used by ChargePay B.V. so although
we cannot resolve the problem you are experiencing with your purchase,
we can redirect you to the right person that will help you.

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?
A sales confirmation / receipt email is sent with each order that
yourccpay.com processes. You must enter a valid email address each
time that you make a purchase to insure that you'll receive your
confirmation/receipt. Please note that many email accounts are now
protected by spam filters that often intercept automatically generated
emails such as these: please make sure you check your junk mail
folder if you have this option activated on your email. If you have
to search for a reply from us in your emails, please look for firstname.lastname@example.org
as the "From".
